Shipping Price Guide
For simplicity we have 2 zones in Australia with a flat rate based on parcel size.
Prices shown are a guide for standard shipping**

*Bulky items may be sent by a courier rather than AusPost - we will talk to you about that. For larger than 10kg we will need to get a price.
**Express Post is available on most sizes but only for Zone 1 deliveries. Additional charges apply and will be an option in the check out. If you are in Zone 2 and would like Express Post please contact us for a price.
Shipping Speed
Getting your order to you quickly is important to us so we endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours from payment received (not including weekends). Shipping is from Sydney and delivery times will, of course, vary depending on your location.
Standard shipping rates and times apply but Express Post is available on most parcel sizes and will be an option for you to choose in the check out.
Standard shipping is by Parcel Post with AusPost and takes usually 3-5 days to most areas. Express Post shipping by AusPost is next day delivery for most capital cities and an extra day or so for regionals - Please refer to Auspost website for estimates based on your location.
Most small items are sent via standard Australia Post, for larger items a national courier service may be used.
All items require a signature upon delivery. Contact us if you would like to request an Authority to Leave, but please note that we do not take responsibility for weather damaged or stolen parcels.
When sent by Australia Post, if you are not home for delivery, a card will be left indicating the nearest post office to where the parcel was taken for you to pick up.
Our aim is to get your Faerie products to you the safest way possible, in the best condition possible.
